We Need Cross-Country Collaboration for Healthcare in Canada

I wholeheartedly support the calls for action regarding healthcare access in Canada. It’s simply unjustifiable that residents experience such disparities in care from one province to another. We must prioritize cross-country collaboration!

Every year, Premiers gather to discuss healthcare, and every year, promises are made. This year, we need bold actions that lead to real change. It’s time to come together and implement teams of healthcare workers to tackle the primary care and acute care crisis.

The solutions are already out there; we just need to put them into action. Some provinces have successfully met the needs of their populations, and it’s crucial that we learn from their successes. Let’s act swiftly to alleviate the suffering of patients and address this crisis with the urgency it deserves.
